dragons and music.......

i was curious, and decided to play some music for my dragon one day, he usually hangs out on the right side of his tank because the heating lamp is on that side, so i put my laptop by the left side of the tank, i first played swing, he moved to the middle of the tank, next i played classical, he retreated to the right side of the tank, then opera and piano, he stayed on the right side. most if the time i play metal, hair metal, i think death metal scares him, so i stopped playing that around him, he doesnt react to hair metal, but a few weeks ago one of my classmates gave me a cd of his band, their genre could b classified as alternative/post punk, my dragon moved all the way over to the left side of the tank to get a better listen of the music. i have more genres to play for him later on. has anyone else had any thing like this happen b4 jw?

I was listening to Eminem pretty loud (just hooked up my subwoofer to the new computer :wink with no response from either dragon.

The Beatles had no response either-- until Why Don't We Do It In The Road? came on, at which point Razual ran away, haha.

This could be, however, more pointed toward me singing along with gusto, than at the music itself. :?

I was listening to echos by pink floyd the other day and he ran right up on his log (his log is right up on
the glass were you look in) and was just looking and listening i think he loved it lol.

I was playing my guitar in the room there recently, I play metal for the most part, thrash metal and they got very hyper and start running around like crazy mo fo's altogether...

Not sure if that was them disliking it or if they were just moshing/headbanging

My dragon absolutely loves grunge and metal.
I play my soundgarden and Chris Cornell tracks to him, and he just loves the sound.

This is the weirdest story. So my boyfriend is a hip-hop producer and his desk is right next to king's cage. So he never really reacted to the music but all of the sudden he sat up with his front feet on his log and started tapping his hand on the log mocking what my boyfriend was doing on the drum pad. I thought it was a fluke but he keeps doing it now. He'll sit at his log like a little desk and tap his hand!

haha awesome, thats so cute. my dragon was runnin around in his tank earlier scratching at the glass, idk why, but then i put on some music and he stopped, now he's just chillen on his basking log lol
