Dragon Sticking Head Into Water

My three and half year old dragon has been letting his head go limp and submerge into the water the last two days. Almost like he’s fallen asleep, it’s scaring me. I can’t tell if he’s trying to drink the water, or if somethings wrong.

Beardie can hold their breathe for a very long time they also have flaps inside their nose that they can close for when they swim and burrow be wary tho cause they can still get an ear infection or aspirate some water and get RI but 9/10 they're okay and know what they're doing just monitor them
