"Dragging" along

My dragon is currently in face shed (visibly coming off) and starting a body shed (dull color). She is currently going around her tank, dragging her belly on the slate, going to a corner and rubbing her face and whatnot in the corner, on the leaves, etc. Anyone elses' beardie ever 'drag themselves' along with their belly rubbing on the floor when shedding? Thought it was a little bit odd

Of course when I do a full steam clean and get her tank all nice and stuff she gets skin particles everywhere!

yup totally cool and normal, give him some soaks to help him along... having some branches helps alot due to the angles and textures it provides.

Darwin was just doing that a little while ago. He crawled dragging his belly along the carpet. Eventually this helped him peel his whole belly skin back which was pretty impressive to watch.

put some big twigs into the tank that have sharp edges and rough surfaces on them, they'll help with the shedding and will be great to scratch on.

Yeah, got that taken care of already. Here's the current setup (keep switching the branches and bridge but she decent mine either way). Always prefers the basking spot off to the size (no matter the combo of platform/light
