Some dragons won't bask if they aren't
hydrated enough, they'll try to conserve water by keeping their body temperature cooler. So make sure your little lady is well-
hydrated with baths and oral fluids (misting doesn't do much since they don't absorb enough water through their skin). Especially since their bodies use up more water than usual while shedding, so if she hasn't been getting extra baths/drinks to make up for it she may be feeling a bit dry.
Or, could her basking spot be too hot? Our male refuses to bask if his basking surface temperature is even a couple of degrees too high, lol. If she still won't bask even after a nice long soak and/or water to drink, you could try lowering the temp a little and see if she's just one of those beardies who prefers a slightly cooler basking area
(just make sure it stays above 95-98*F on the basking surface so she can digest her food)
Those are the things I could think of, off the top of my head. Good luck!
