don't want to bask often

Ok renesme is shedding her head and i realize she doesn't want to bask that much my setup is correct temp 103, reptisun 10.0, tile sub, cool side 92 she is about 4-5 months 10 1/2 inc eat very well she hide under her roc alot since she been shedding give her bath everyday i use digital thing with probe someone help plz and she not cold she stay on the floor more that temp is around 90-93

Some dragons won't bask if they aren't hydrated enough, they'll try to conserve water by keeping their body temperature cooler. So make sure your little lady is well-hydrated with baths and oral fluids (misting doesn't do much since they don't absorb enough water through their skin). Especially since their bodies use up more water than usual while shedding, so if she hasn't been getting extra baths/drinks to make up for it she may be feeling a bit dry.

Or, could her basking spot be too hot? Our male refuses to bask if his basking surface temperature is even a couple of degrees too high, lol. If she still won't bask even after a nice long soak and/or water to drink, you could try lowering the temp a little and see if she's just one of those beardies who prefers a slightly cooler basking area (just make sure it stays above 95-98*F on the basking surface so she can digest her food)

I give her plenty baths since she been shedding a and she like her temps no hotter then 103 cool side 82 under her big basking cave it's about 95-98 only get head is shedding at this moment talking about she gets a bath tomorrow she used to like her greens now she won't eat them i feed her roaches and when i have reptiworms
