Don’t know what’s wrong!

Hello,

My beardie juno is just around one year of age, she is homed in a 60 gallon tank with proper heating elements and UVB. Gets 10 crickets a day with collard greens. Only gets super worms, blueberries, and horned worms as treats. Dusted with calcium x3 a week. Baths 3x a week. Gets daily running around time and cuddles. Last week she started running around her cage like crazy, and eating like crazy. She’s been deficating everyday which is unlike her. Thought she was gravid. Took her to the vet when I saw pink urates. She isn’t gravid. Doctor said it may be an infection. Gave her a shot. Next day, she had a very watery stool. Is acting less hyper. Today, she is acting normal but had another bm. Won’t eat crickets this morning but ate three super worms. Eating seldom greens. Her coloring has been great the whole time. Bright orange and yellow with no black beard. Looks alert. Am I worried to much?? Any advice would help.

Hi there, it does sound like she's gravid. How did the vet diagnose the infection and rule out her being gravid ? Sounds like a vet that I'd run away from.

Even if she's not gravid, what type of infection did the vet say to warrant giving her a shot ? It sounds either hormonal or just the burst of energy that some young adults get now + then. Can you post pics of her as well as her set up ? Here's how :

You should have a laybox just for the time if + when she does lay eggs.

Thanks for the response, he had an X-ray done. Said their was no eggs found. He didn’t tell me what type of infection. Pooped only pink urates again today. I called the vet and they didn’t get back to me. Will post photos when I arrive home.

The vet did not give me the X-ray. I feel at a loss and am so frustrated! I want my little girl to be okay! I will try to get ahold of them again tomorrow. I uploaded a picture of her pancaking this morning for me. I will submit a photo of her cake when I get home from work. She is a big girl and has been trying to lose weight. I did make her a sand box on Sunday and everytime she is in it she just sits there. I am so concerned. I want to do anything I can to make her feel better

Can you get the Xray to post here ? There may be no eggs but it's always best to let other eyes have a look. A while ago someone's vet clearly missed the eggs on a poster's xray that was put on this forum.
