Dog Ate Lizards Droppings

Aye all,

So the dog got into some paper towels I used to clean up the dragons mess - Anyone hear of a dog having problems because of this? Do bearded dragons carry things in their feces that could danger other animals?

Salmonella is the most well known bacteria they carry, if ur pup ingestested a full stool a vet visit wouldnt hurt.
