Does this Beardie look OK?

I've seen a guy near me selling a beardie and the colour, age, description etc all seem to be what I'm looking for but I'm a first-timer so I need some experts to take a look and tell me whether the animal looks healthy and should I "risk" buying a dragon through a classified ad?

I hope I'm allowed to post something like this - if not I apologise. I just really need some advice.

Well, I'm not an EXPERT per say, lol, but he looks fine to me!

But I will say that my friend bought an iguana from a classified ad, and it turned out to have fungus on his leg. But also, you can get baby bearded dragons for around $80 (CAN), so why pay $140 for one on classifieds? Just a thought. Also, there are beardie rescues where you can adopt one, and they have all seen vets.....
