Does My Bearded Dragon Think I'm A Lizard?

Hey all, just have a random and curious question. I've had my Bearded Dragons now for little under a year. One is definitely a male and the other I'm 90% sure is a female, they are housed separately and recently I've been putting them together on the floor, under my supervision and they've been getting on pretty well, they follow each other, eat together, show off to each other, sometimes the male tries to make baby lizards which I've quickly broke up then they start playing again.

A week ago I was sitting by there vivarium's and I was in direct eye line with the female dragon, whilst speaking to my girlfriend I nodded my head to agree with something and noticed my female started waving at me, staring directly at me and bobbing her head softly. I found this hilarious and all week I've occasionally been nodding my head at her and she's been waving right back. I am now curious as to why she does this? does she think I'm a male bearded dragon as she does exactly the same to my male Bearded Dragon, is it just her being friendly, is she scared of me, am I doing something wrong?

Thanks In Advance :)

Oh and she always does this twitching with her head when I go and pick her up, here's a video of her doing it, any idea what its about.....

Mine female does the same exact thing. Not sure if shes just seeing her reflection or not. As for seeing us as lizards I dunno, I've never seen my beardies snuggle up with each other. But they always try to snuggle right into my neck.

Our male also twitches when he sees you coming in to touch him. Our female has only arm waved twice before: one when my husband was feeding her and the other when we were arguing right in front of her viv. I don't think they see us as lizards, but I think they see us as "friends" - maybe the same reaction as a dog wagging his tail when it sees you?

My male bobs his head at me when I am sitting beside his viv he beards my dog big time then bobs at him.
My female she beards me when I put my hand in her viv to bring her out but once she realizes its me she calms down and feels silly.
Then she gets excited and climbs up my shoulder to look around.

I definitely think they see us all as dragons, just different types. I've seen my males and females all react to me as if I was the biggest most dominant dragon around and we even joke about them wanting to know why the big furry dragons(our 2 pitbulls) get to roam around the house all the time lol.

In your video. I am be wrong, But I think she was trying to get a look at whats coming when you reached your hand to grab her. Trying to focus. And the arm waving, I think she's saying hi?

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
