Hello all can anyone tell me wether i should wash my Baby Beardie.? I looked on this site beardeddragon.co and the have All Natural Dragon Wash Soap, This is what they say,

What do you wash your dragons with? Baby washes and shampoos contain laurel & laureth sulfates, plus other un-natural ingredients. Our all natural dragon soap contains all natural botanical ingredients and no detergents or animal ingredients. Made from coconut oil, olive oil, glycerin, vitamin E and other plant extracts, ph balanced and safe to use on people and animals. No harsh parfumes, just a light almond or scent from almond oil or baby fresh scent that is not over powering.

Mix a little bit with water in a small cup separately and give your dragon a light scrub with a soft tooth brush, the oils help break up stuck on dirt and debris. Great for those dragons that are always running through their own poo!

This is a good old fashioned real soap that can also be used to clean wood and natural surfaces.

Never submerge your dragon in water with soap! Use it externally and rinse well.

Comes in Almond & Baby Scent. Now in Lavender Scent!

Please let me know thank you.

I think most of us here just give our beardies a soak in warm water every week, I have never had a problem with mine being 'dirty' as such but I 'spose if you have a mucky dragon and he/she doesn't come clean after a soak then I can't see why it'd hurt?
But keep in mind that when you are keeping a beardie, you are trying to re-create it's natural environment to the best that you can(obviously to a limit). & with that in mind, nobody finds beardies in the wild and starts scrubbing with soap and a toothbrush

It's not necessarily required to wash them with soap, but I do have that exact soap & it works great! I don't use it with every bath though, only if I notice that one of my beardies has walked through their poo or accidentally dragged their tail through it. The important part is to follow the directions thoroughly.

P.S. I have the almond scented one and it smells soooo good! :D

I have a bottle of the baby fresh one. It is a very light, almost delicate powder smell and I only use it when one of my 4 walk through or get their tails in poo and I also use very little on a soft bristled baby tooth brush to help gently scrub away at retained shed. So once in a while they get to smell like fresh little babies lol :D

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
