Hunter always closes his eyes when I pet or rub his head and his face almost look like a smile! He really seems to enjoy it! After yesterday (petco rally) I pet alot of BD and not one did it I figured it was cause I'm not their person! So I asked and not one said theirs did!! So hunter demonstrated and everyone was like "awe". They said he's part dog lol! Just curious if anyone elses did that!!

Same here. I've always wondered if it's because of comfort from the head petting, or if it's because they don't wanna be poked in the eye.

Sarth only does that if he's sleepy, and then it's usually only one eye at a time, otherwise he just watches me or looks around somewhere else, lol

Oh, yes - I was concerned that Wave did it because she was hoping I'd go away, but general consensus seems to be that it's because they enjoy being petted, and close their eyes because they're relaxed and enjoying it. :D

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
