Do these dragons hands look healthy?

I have never seen colored hands/feet/tails before like this on any beardie. I am looking to purchase them from someone here in Ohio and all I have to do now is call and set up the meeting time and place. I am just wondering if this is natural or if this can be an issue. It looks kinda weird to me.

Hello,

It looks like they have been housed on a colored calcisand which has stained their skin/scales. I have seen one like that before. It will take several sheds before it will all come off.

The one on the left is really skinny, you shouldn't be able to see the hip bones or the spine.
