Do Supers Shed?

Hi
So i just bought 250 superworms from premiumcrickets.com and i have them in a box with their worm chow and a couple of carrots
whenever i opened the box, it seems like there are more molted "shells" or what have you every time
do supers shed? or am i doing something wrong?

Yes they do shed also make sure they are not cannibalizing each other.
