do I need to disinfect a rock from a garden store?

Just what the title says, I bought a brick and I have already filed down all the edges and used hot water and soap on it, then sprayed it really good with wipeout 1. Is that good or should I still do something else?

I would think that's sufficient. Just make sure it's rinsed off very well with warm water.
