Do I have to start over? HELP!

So I went to home depot, and after talking with the worker, they gave me some self-adhesive tiles. I explained my concerns with fumes etc and they said it was a green non toxic adhesive thats safe for children and pets. After installing them, I was told on here that they are still bad...so I took a few pieces of slate and small tiles and placed them under the basking area to prevent the vinyl from heating up and releasing fumes...is this ok to do? Its been about 24 hours and no smell yet. My dragons all seem to love it. I cant buy andy for of regular tile because I have back issues and cant haul it around...nor do I have anyone to help me (im a bit of a loner...my beardies are my friends and they arnt much help in the lifting department!)
Anyway, I read on a few posts that that may make it safe. HELP! Thanks

you should be fine. 110 degrees wont be enough to release those and even if it does, the new "green" stuff puts off very little to no VOC's. Don't fret. If they start acting weird or you start smelling anything chemiclish then take them out, but other than that....no worries

Yea you should be fine!!!! I have used the same in one of my cages over a year without any problems.... Good luck...
