Do beardies shed less and less as they get older??

As my beardie was growing he shed prolly weekly if not at least every other, but recently he has not been shedding and very small portions are looking like they're about to shed. He is 8 months, has a basking temp of 99-103 and a gradient of 80-90. I bathe him twice and week and he eats salad errday consisting of mustard greens,collards, endive& butternut squash. As well as 30-50 crickets a day.

Yes, they shed less as they get older because their growth rate slows down. This is perfectly normal. Keeping him well hydrated with an extra bath or two when it looks like he's getting ready to shed can help.
