do bearded dragons start sleeping ealier than usual?

I have a 4 month old bearded dragon and for the past 2 days she has been going to sleep earlier than usual about an hour or 2 early.
she will usually go in her hide and try to dig on tile which doesnt work out for here :lol:
it is currently summer in California and supposed to be winter in australia

Boba Fett(Hes 6 months old) has been going to bed about 2 hours earlier than normal, I never really put much thought into it.. but now that u mention it It is very curious. I wonder if its normal.. lol

I'm actually wondering the same thing because lately Perseus will close his eyes off and on about 1-2 hours before his normal lights out. Should I turn the lights off then? Or keep them on? He's on a timer his lights come on at 9am and go off at 10pm. Usually he's up before lights come on and will sleep off and on until 9am lights on
