Divot/ crease on nose?

Hi,
My beardie Fealoke has a divot or crease on his nose. The scales are almost touching. I waited for him to shed his face, to see if it would go away, but it did not. The top part of his mouth also seems to be indented a bit much. He has not hit his head on anything as far as I know, and seems perfectly healthy otherwise. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Hi Ellie....How is Fealoke acting ? Is he active , have a good appetite ? I've seen that type of scale configuration before, it may be a slight problem with calcium deficiency but I don't know that for sure. It might also be just a quirk of the scales growing in an odd way. It's not that obvious, and if he's basically healthy then it's probably nothing serious. Can you post a full body pic of him , as well as his set up ?

He is a bit over a year old (Petco did not tell me when he was born) and he gets about 3 superworms every other day, and dandelion or collard greens daily. I dust his food with rep-cal calcium and vitamis about 4 times per week. He has a reptisun 10 UVB lamp in his cage. I take him out in the real live sunlight for 15 min. or more whenever I can (only three times so far this year, as I live in Vermont). I also fed him rep-cal juvenile bearded dragon food, which he still likes on occasion (he tries to pick out the green kibbles). The superworms are gutloaded with greens and flukers orange cube cricket diet.

Fealoke gets baths at least once a week, more when he is shedding, with a squirt of Nolvasan Otic cleaning solution in the water. We have town water, so his water is either boiled or put through a Brita filter first. His water dish is not in the picture, as it is drying from being washed.

Fealoke eats one to three large leaves of dandi greens per day, although sometimes he is not enthusiastic about them. He also gets some navel orange, babyfood squash, canned pumpkin, grated carrot, or thawed mixed berries or corn/beans.

He is pretty active, and likes to bask in the window on his heated tile (I have a towel over it so it does not get too hot) and scrabble around on the floor and on me.

His basking temps are about 105. measured with an infra-red temp gun.

I have dubia roaches, but he refuses to eat them.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
