My beardie has a large, discolored (slightly darker) patch on his stomach that I noticed a week or two ago. He has had coccidia for months. We just moved to a new state and the move was very stressful for him, since he stayed in a few different houses and his tank did not reach as hot temps as normal during some of that period. He has been having diarrhea recently and about a week and a half ago (when I first noticed this spot) he had his worst ever case of constipation.
Do you have any idea what the discoloration may be from? I am trying to get in touch with a vet but since we are just moving I may not be able to take him for a week or more. Could it be urgent? Is it likely to be related to his GI issues, or a separate skin issue? I'm afraid that he could have something going on internally... Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
