Digested Soap Residue?

I want to begin by apologizing if this is in the wrong section - I figured it went hand-in-hand.

Okay, so background information: I was giving Sparx her (which actually might be a he...) nightly bath and I decided to put her "bath tote" in the bath tub as she's grown quite a bit and can easily hop out of it. I figured that'd allow me to clean her cage with ease knowing she wasn't escaping somewhere into the house. Well, I walked into the bathroom a few times and it wasn't until the last go that I noticed she did indeed jump out. Well, I picked her up and noticed some white residue hanging from her nails (I first assumed it was due to her shed), upon further inspection I noticed it was soap residue (because I didn't think to scrub down the tub -_-). I went ahead and rinsed her off and all was well...except that I noticed what looked like soap residue on her bottom lip. She wasn't acting like she digested any of it, and I tried my best to wipe it off without having her "eat" any...but now I'm spazzing something horrible. I've been checking her viv constantly and she was moving around normally and wasn't acting off or anything of the sort (she's sound asleep now), but I'm terrified that she will have adverse effects.

How worried about this should I be? I'm going to see if I can squeeze her into the vets tomorrow morning to be sure I'm making a mountain out of a mole hill. What are symptoms I should look for? :3

Thanks for any help!
I can't believe I didn't think to scrub the tub out - horrible parent award goes to...yeah. >.>

Hi there....I suppose that she is probably doing just fine ? :) Soap in small amounts probably has the same effect on most creatures.....maybe just a mildly queasy stomach if it was just a tiny bit that was ingested. But she's O.K, huh ?

Oh, yes. I forgot to update this post! I don't think she digested any, just that she "bumped" some of the residue and had a tiny bit on her snout. She's been her normal self in both appetite and activity levels. :]

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
