Diarrhea

My two beardies (Cosmo male 2 years and Frankie 10 months) had diarrhea alittle yesterday after having some super worms. Is it just because it was a new thing to them? I only give them as snacks they eat crickets for main diet and spring mix for veggies. Should i be worried?

I wouldn't worry if it's just a one off thing. Sometimes they get upset stomachs. It could be due to a change in diet but unless it continues for weeks on end it's probably nothing to be concerned about.
