Okay, Talon update. I vvas bathing him earlier today because he hadn't pooped in about 5 days, and then I lifted him up to check and savv Diarrhea seeping out the sides of his vent, and some hard looking object in the middle blocking it. I tried to take a picture but he vviggled out of my hands before I could.

Help????!!

His stomach is also extremly bloated. Note: He is on medication for many health problems, along vvith a broken tail and MBD. Finally got a vet appointment!

Also, the vet didn't mention this but, is it normal for them to have like dry stuff seeping out of their nostils? Thanks.

It sounds like he may be impacted a bit. Is there swelling or bleeding? Hopefully he'll be able to pass the blockage soon without any issues. I would offer him drops of olive oil on his nose and stick to soft foods like phoenix worms and soft veges or even baby food veges like green bean and squash for a bit. That may help him move things along more easily.

It's normal for their nose to get a crust during a shed cycle. It will appear to crust over and then a plug of dry skin will eventually start to pop out as the inside of the nose sheds. If you start to see that, don't pull on it because if it's still attached to the membrane inside the nose it can cause damage. It will come loose on it's own eventually.

Thank you sososososo much! The olive oil vvould be a good thing for him, as if anything goes onto his nose, he'll slurp it! VVorms, lettuce, vvater, carrot, bugs, anything! Haha.
