Desperately need help with lighting!

Yesterday we got our 12 week old a 40 gallon viv. I finally had her settled with the other one, now I just can't get this one very hot. I was keeping the other one at 107-108, but she started shying away from the direct heat so I figure about 105. Problem is I have one 100 watt (yes, it's the right kind, I was told that time and again on here ) and I can't seem to get the temps where then need to be. I took the dome I have (one of the mini ones in the pics, but it's all I have as I took everything else back to the store and put a light in it. Ok, I know, but please don't yell at me....this is the exact one I have in.

Ok, I have a reptisun 10 in the back, as you can see I use the thermometer with the probe, she eats alot and is healthy, but I really want to keep her that way! I know they reptisun needs to be on the inside, and it will be soon but we are going outside and getting real sun. We have been doing the real sun everyday.

If the new enclosure is bigger and you're resting your heat lamp on the screen top, you may just have to switch to a higher wattage bulb to get the temps high enough on the basking spot. The other option would be to try to raise the basking spot somehow to get it closer to the lamp.

EDIT: If you need any advice on how to get your UVB fixture mounted inside, just let me know!

We are going to go to WalMart or Lowe's one of these days to get the UVB mounted on the inside, it's that bulb I am worried about, just don't want to be using the wrong thing, but I need the second one for now until I can get the 150 watt. I thought I added pics to the first post, sorry. Here is how I have it set up, after I added the second dome for heat. I was able to get it over 102 with this second one, but she did shy away from her log when it got that warm.

I have 10 inches from where the probe sits to the light. I was going to move that thing right behind where she is sitting to the front, but she will only sit on that silly log thing.
