Dehydrated?

Hello all. Thank you for reading. Today my Falcor had hard chalky urutis in his stool. (I hope I said that right) I read that this is commonly dehydration? Reading that today I balancedhis salad a bit. He was only eating escarole today I gave him escarole kale and butternut squash (he didn't eat the squash tho) and I got him grapes that I'm having difficulty chopping but I am going to. I'm going to increase his baths and keep trying to get him to drink from a dish (normally can if I tap the water to make it move). Is there anything else I should be doing or checking? I am worried with just dehydrated but is there something else I should worry about?Also with this movement was probably the largest amount of stool he has ever had. Not sure if that changes aanything.

Don't worry too much about one dry round of poop. He may be a little bit dehydrated but fresh salads and fresh gutload for his bugs (as applicable) will help along with increased baths (he may drink from the bath if he wants to). Keep an eye on it to see if it becomes a trend, but I wouldn't worry too much about one instance. Sounds like you have it under control =).

Thanks CooperDragon. You have been a lifesaver on here. Being a first time owner I tend to worry a bit even tho from research feel I have it under control. Never hurts to double check. He didn't eat the grapes he at the escarole around them same as the squash. Gonna try fto find something he will like other than just greens

You may want to try using some green and yellow squash to highlight the salad. I've had good luck with that and it tends to be fairly hydrating (and healthy).
