Defecating when outside of Enclosure

Norbert is another one who doesn't like to go in her viv...I love that she goes out of her enclosure...means less cleaning of her enclosure and even when she pooped on my son, it was easier to wash his shirt than her whole cage!

Now, we all just know how she lifts her tail before goes...and as soon as we see her start the motion, I either stick a paper or something disposable under her or, if I am close enough, just hold her over the potty. I love it when I can hold her over the potty..that is the best!

Hrmmm I myself prefer it when my beardie craps on a easy to clean surface. I think it's kinda nasty when he goes in the bathtub while bathing. Seams gross for him to float in water with his own crap. I do tend to notice him go to the bathroom outside his enclosure more often than when he is inside it though. It's a problem I have had ever since I got him. If I don't take him out of his cage for a few days the first thing he will do is crap on the floor when I let him run around. It's almost as if he would rather poop outside his cage than inside it.
