DEAD PHEONIX WORMS!

I JUST GOT A LITTLE TUB OF THOSE LIL BUGGERS, AND A BUNCH WERE DEAD. THERE IS A PRETTY BAD SMELL THAT GOES WITH IT. WHAT ARE THE THOUGHTS ON DEAD BUGS. ARE THE LIVE ONES AT RISK OF DIEING. ARE EITHER OF THEM SAFE TO FEED. OR SHOULD I JUST ASSUME THERE WAS A MINI PLAGUE IN THERE, AND JUST TRASH IT.... ID ALWAYS BE SAFE RATHER THEN SORRY. IVE ALREADY STOPED USEING THEM. I HAVE A NICE SELECTIONS OF BUGS TO FEED. JUST WANTED TO HEAR YOUR THOUGHTS.

Return them to wherever you got them from. If you got them from a store, they should give you a refund if you still have a receipt. If you ordered them online, email the supplier and take a picture of the dead bugs and let them know. They should either refund your money or possibly send out a new shipment, free of charge to you or maybe just for the cost of shipping.

I got an order of half dead phoenix worms from phoenixworm.com and they replaced them with my next paid order. The replacement ones were healthy with no bad odor and are still very much alive and healthy 3 weeks later. Where did you get them from?
