Darker End of Tail

Morning

So the end, about three inches, of Tiki's tail is quite dark compared to the rest of her body. However when she has her morning bath, it all evens out.

What's up with that??? Is she OK? I've heard of tail rot and am now a bit ancy. Thanks!

one of mine is like that, pics would help if there is something wrong, but for me angel loves her bathes and warm water and heat evens out the pigmentations quite alot. so it could be that she simply ha sa darker tail and it evens out coz shes happy and warm ??? pictures tell a thousand words

I will try to get one soon. She's basking now, and has turned even coloured, LOL...

The skin on the dark section looks and feels NO different from the rest of her skin. She doesn't flinch or get agitated when I touch it. I'll wait until she comes out to play then snap a pic!

Thanks Tanya! I'm hoping all is well too. Sometimes the last bit of her tail just gets dark. Confuses me, LOL. Just gotta make sure my baby is OK! Next time she comes out to play I'll grab that picture!
