Dante, Randal, and the new addition, Brody!

So I've been really MIA lately and haven't been around in a couple of months now. I wanted to post some newer pics of Dante and Randal and then introduce our newest addition.

First, Dante:

And Brody! We went to he NY reptile expo today, and fell in love with this guy. He's a Cuban x Blue Iguana (I think they call them Lewisi Hybrids). He's still VERY skittish, but we're working on it. Gave him a bath when we got home and a nice big salad. I think he's getting a little more comfy.

LOL, yup we're pretty big "Clerks" fans here. Originally, when we first bought Dante and Randal, we wanted names that went well together. It kind of just popped right in our heads. Now Brody fits in with my little "Kevin Smith" crew (of course he's only Brody in Mallrats, but he's still in every movie :lol: ).

Hey Gina! Things have been crazy here over the past few months. We're finally finishing up settling in the new house, then the company I was working for filed for bankruptcy so I went out and found a new job about a month ago. Thing is, with the new job, I'm not really at a computer all day anymore. I'm driving around most of the day, and by the time I get home, I don't feel like looking at a computer. So I barely login anywhere anymore except to check email. Now with the holidays around the corner, things are going to get even crazier again.

Anyhow, yup, Brody is still a juvie. He's about a foot long (nose to tip of tail), so I'm guessing about 3-4 months. Didn't really get a chance to ask too many questions at the expo (since it was so crowded), so I think I'm going to call later. Dante and Randal haven't really come into contact with Brody yet. Brody's kept in a separate room (the office) since right now there's no more space in the living room. Also, he's still really jumpy. I brought Dante over by Brody's tank last night just to look, and neither was phased. Randal hasn't met him yet. That one will be interesting, as Randal is known for his bearding and head bobbing around other animals (esp. Dante).

Yup. He should cap out around 5 feet or so. The funny thing is, I'm only 4'11", so he may actually be bigger than me one day!

i also bought one of those cage/vivs. they had a good price on those..but some were a little dinged up..
