D3 and phosphorus and vitamin A????

Several Questions


Do both the calcium and multivitamin need D3,don't, or does one need it and not the other?

Should I go phosphorus free?

Does the multivitamin need Vitamin A, is it bad, or does it need little?

you need a pure calcium

then a calcium with d3(unless you have an mvb)

and then a multivitamin

the multi should not have vit.a but should have betta carotene which they convert into vit.a if they need it.

the repcal brands are the best brands to use
