I received my order of Reptiworms yesterday and the vast majority were dead. I had let them air out but most of them did not recover. They did not sit long in the mail box, I got them quickly but they were still in this bad shape. I emailed Reptiworms but havn't heard from them. I purposely only ordered 250 because of the heat, wanting to avoid such a great loss. Anyone have advice for my communicating my problem to them at Reptiworm.com?

Resurrection! Right after I wrote this, I went to open the container just to see if I could scrape a couple for Penny and they were all at the bottom as usual  , I did see a couple still dead but for the most part their alive! I sent them a message saying nevermind but maybe I should PM them here...how do I do that? :study:

I just got my order an hour ago, still none moving, and they are almost all too big for my Mojo, I ordered smalls and they are bigger than the smalls I had gotten when I ordered reptiworms from lindasgonebuggie. . . Also when I tried to login to my account I got a warning page that their certificate had been revoked and they were an unsafe site? I wrote to them giving full details and asking if I can feed dead ones or not. I am broke til the first and this was all the food Mojo would have :( She is like 9 1/4 inches long now. She needs her feeders :(

My Reptiworms took 24 hours to recover from this heat. I'd let them air out , disturbing the bedding with a spoon or toothpick or something for about an hour then put there lid back on and wait. Mine all , almost , came back to life. Oh I also sat their container on a cold pack when they came just to speed up their cooling. They are all fine today to my surprise , maybe yours will come back too :)

none of the repti-worms are too big for a dragon that size. its fine, she will just eat like 5-10 less which will save you money in the long run

Oh thanks! Some are longer than the space between her eyes, I was told if they were longer than that they were too big. Is it because they are soft bodied?

yeah, its one of the few cases where they can eat something a bit bigger then the space between their eyes. hornworms and silkworms are 2 others that come to mind.

Oh good cause I was worried when I opened the cup and saw they were so big. Most are twice the size I was expecting. I hope they recover because I really don't want to pawn my laptop just to get some crickets.

I was very surprised to see they were alive since they looked convincingly dead. :( . But they did, say a prayer for you :).

Still dead. Put a bunch in her dish with a couple of the dubia I have left and those convinced her to eat some. Will end up having to get some crickets otherwise I will end up feeding all my dubia and not having any to raise out. Gar I hate crickets too!

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
