Cut supers in half?

when i was getting crickets today i saw that they sell supers and i got excited and bought 2. Dude is about 13 inches long and i think i read they should be at least 16 for supers. Can i cut them in half or anything or should i just hold off? I just hate crix so im anxious for a new option

I'd just hold off. I tried superworms for Darwin as a relief for the roach bin, but after a week of undigested superworm parts, I decided that they wouldn't make a good feeder for now. He's 16.5" right now, and, for the first time since I got him, skipped a day of poop on Monday, which was the 6th day. Not sure if it was the superworms or not, but we finished off the last of the trial 50 yesterday, and I don't plan on getting more, except maybe occasional treats since he seemed to enjoy them.

well i had the 2 worms yesterday and i didnt know what to do with them so i just cut them into pieces(minus the head).....dude loved them but it was super messy and not very pleasant so im definately not doing it again. gonna hold off on them for a while. he has pooped a couple times today so i think he digested fine.
