Custom Enclosure. Plywood and paint?

Found this post in my local craigslist and I want to see if it's a good idea to contact for a custom enclosure 4x2x2.

"3ft x 13 1/2 x 13 1/2 plywood enclosure sealed with waterproof paint, equipped with 1/4 inch sliding glass doors, not like the cheap thin 1/8 you get at Home Depot, siliconed edges and corners. I have 2 of these enclosures. $150 each/$250 for both (also build custom enclosures to order). NOTHING HAS LIVED IN HERE. "

A custom would be nice. I'd ask for one even a bit taller if you have the option. It doesn't look like they have accommodations for lighting so you'll want to leave room for that. You'd also want to ask about ventilation. I don't see any vents on the existing enclosures and you'll want several.

I actually contacted the poster and they said they have the option for building one with lighting.
Ceramic and fluorescent screwed into the top. Only thing I'm worried about is the wood material together with the electric and all that..

And about the ventilation they said they can make some holes on the back or notches on top.

Having a couple of ceramic screw type sockets along with a T5 fluorescent fixture w/reflector (you can add this later) would be nice. I'd definitely have some vents put in the back and then some low on the cool side and high on the warm side. Wooden vivs are pretty common and the lighting doesn't get nearly hot enough to cause a problem with it. I asked about the fixture that would be installed and it's 2ft long.

Asking price for a custom enclosure with lighting is $150 with sliding doors.
I'm tempted to put in my order for at very least a 4x2x2 and 3x2x2.
