There are too many stories like this. People should be more careful when they have a baby beardie outside. As beardies are not cats.

The beardie wasn't outside- read first post.

Hope your ok 8481, accidents happen, sorry for your loss.

Oh my bad than, but either way never hurts to be careful when around baby beardies, they zoom around pretty fast and before you know it you can't see them anymore.

Sorry for your loss.

I am so very sorry about your little beardie. :(
As others said, it was an accident and you did try to seek help as soon as it happened, so please don't be too hard on yourself.
It is never easy to lose a pet.

I've been passionate about animals all my life, and when I was around 10 the same thing happened to my parakeet. We tried to get it to a vet but I crushed the middle of it's body so it died on the way there, I think from suffocation. Either way it does not mean you're a bad pet owner, and I hope you're still around to see this. Don't let the accident prevent you from getting another one...try hanging around on this site for a while and see how you can make your new beardie's life even better than the last. *hugs* I hope you feel better.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
