Crimped tail?

I don't know if this belongs in Health or General Discussion but I have a young beardie that when I got him his tail was pinched at the end and is now kind of crooked.... Is the tail going to naturally fix itself or is it like an iguana where if it were to fall off or whatever it would grow back? Picture below to try and explain what it looks like.

Looks like a crimped tail possibly due to a sibling/cage mate biting him when he was younger. Is it stiff/brittle feeling? If it doesnt feel brittle/dry than dont worry about it. And to answer your other question, beardie tails do not grow back like iguanas. When a bearded looses all or part of his tail it is gone for good.

Alright and what if it does feel brittle and dry could that be a sign of something bad?

if it feels brittle, dry, dead than that could possibly be a sign of necrosis (rot). If you have evy the faintest suspicion that his tail is necrotic than i suggest taking him to a vet and having it looked at. If the rot hits his blood stream it can get bad. The picture is very blury and hard to decipher but from what i see i do not think the tip is dead as it does not appear to be black/discolored but i could be wrong.

No it's not discolored at all and from what I can feel it seems normal like the rest of his tail and when I was touching it he didn't move any different then when i was playing with the rest of his tail so it wasn't over sensative or anything.
