Crickets Leg is Shaking Like Crazy

Hi! So I keep crickets so that I don't have to keep going out and getting more for my baby beardie. Today I noticed one of them has a leg that is shaking super fast and non-stop. I thought he was trying to make the cricketing noise since he has wings but it's definitely not right. It sticks out a bit from his body and even when he's walking it continues to shake. What I'm wondering is should I let him outside and not feed him to my beardie?
I feed them Flukers Orange Cubes and Flukers Cricket Quenchers. Every now and then I'll give them some greens too. Could it be something I'm feeding them or maybe he hurt his leg?

Personally I woundn't touch those two Flukers' products with a barge pole....

Hydration == calcium rich leafy greens + fresh chunks of carrots.

Food == dry RepCal adult beardie pellets straight from the bottle work well + the above .

Don't waste your money on the Flukers rubbish especially the water crystals (um gel).

Why it's leg is shaking , I think it's trying to sing.
