Crickets keep dying?!

Hey guys

So I will be getting my BD soon and have started a cricket farm. I have a plastic container, around 60L with dirt containers, water dish and grass, a few foods (carrot/lettuce) and some egg cartons. The box is outside, I'm in NZ so it doesn't go below 20C but there are lots of crickets in my backyard. I didn't buy any straight away, as I had made a mini cricket farm a few years ago with just dirt as a bottom substrate, in a glass tank in my house and it had worked well. So I caught around 10 females and 4-5 males form my backyard. Well yesterday 4 females were dead, just lying on their backs. I got rid of them and cleaned out the box... today another 3 dead :( What is happening? Should i bring them inside the house? They are wild crickets and most of the females are winged. Are they just old and died because of shock?
any help appreciated

That is normal. They die fast. Yes you should move them inside it is too cold outside. Get crickets from the pet store the other ones have chemicals and could get your berdie very ill. Your welcome. :D

I've heard that wild caught crickets can be dangerous for your beardie, since you don't know their diet all that well. I don't think you should feed those to your animals.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
