crickets in bulk in southern ontario???

does anyone know or have a link to a web page where you can buy bulk crickets for my 4 month old bearded dragon. i live in southern ontario and its hard to get crickets in bulk like i need to for my little guy. if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated by me and most of all my beardie.

Where in Southern Ontario are you located? If in Essex County, there are some local stores that sell feeder crickets in 500 to 1000 count boxes. While the prices per box are perhaps a bit more than ordering online, the lack of shipping charges makes them cheaper in the long run. Send me a PM if you want more info.

Have you considered starting to breed your own feeders (eg superworms, etc.)? From reading your other posts, your beardie is not big enough for supers yet, but might be by the time you have a good sized colony built up in four to six months. Superworms are easy to get but a bit more involved to get started. Roaches are tough to come by in Canada, but are very easy to get going if you can find them.

They aren't too bad to find I just bought 100 mixed nymphs about a month ago and I just got 110 adults 60male 50 female if you look in the right places or create wanted adds on Canadian forums people PM you pretty quick..
