Crickets for beardies?

Hey, I bought a beardie 4 months ago and I researched how many crickets to give her since they're easily available here. I'm told here that a baby should eat about 50 crickets a day. She's on medium crickets now and the herpetologist that I talked to, as well as the vet, said that 50 is WAAAY too many unless you're using pinheads. I'm using a cricket variety that is a bit bigger and thus, more nutrition. So I took the advice of the forum and kept putting crickets in her tank for 15 minutes, twice a day. She didn't poop for 3 days. So I've been feeding her approx. 15-20 medium to large crickets a day as well as veggies and superworms (I'm trying to find phoenix worms, but they're the insects Waldos). She's grown to 3 3/4 inches snout to vent (dunno about tail, it's LONG though). I was wondering if that's acceptable. Also, she's not eating the crickets now, she tends to leave 5 or 6 or them and I have to pick them up at night.

I would love to know the right answer too. I here so many different stories from people. My little guy is like 4 to 5 inches long and eats the small crickets. His max per feeding is 5 or 6 then he just ignores the rest. He is not interested in greens . He ate one piece last night and that was the first time. I really think it just depends on your dragon. Cant wait to see what everyones answers are :)

My Spikey ate 20-40 crickets a day when he was little. He only gets about 10 3x a week now that he is 6 months old, he gets fresh greens every day and super worms on the non cricket days. I got him to eat his greens by putting mealworms in the dish with his greens, they wiggle and it makes them want to eat :)
I didnt introduce Superworms to him until a month ago, I mix them in his greens dish as well. I use a ceramic rabbit food dish because they can't climb out.
Ruby my rescue was starved by her previous owner so she will eat anything you put in her dish, veggies, greens, crickets and her mealies. She is approx 5 months old. Since she is still tiny I let her eat as much as she wants and she is definatly catching up.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
