I have been trying since the day I got my beardie, Marty to try to find different ways to hydrate him. When he eats his salad, he gets the water from that, but he doesn't drink from the bath, the sink, his big water dish (I know they don't recognize still water but it was worth a shot) and even from the small syringe I bought him. This morning, I put half water and half cranberry juice in a cup and put some into the syringe. he gulped it down so fast and I was so glad that I gave him 2 and a half syringes full. (I know he will probably have runny stool in the morning but I was so happy I found a way to get him to drink!!) I know that orange juice is too acidic and apple juice is fine, but he seems to love the cranberry juice and I know that every once in a while cranberries are OK for them to eat, and this is just really diluted juice. I don't think I could be able to find organic cranberry juice so I am just using the regular kind. I have heard other people do this and their beardies love it too! Would I be able to give him one syringe full every day or every second day? he just loves it. Any help would be appreciated. thank you!
