1. My beardie's humidity has been staying at 0%. It's been quite cold here lately so I've had to turn on an extra heat lamp for him to keep his heat up but even that's only been keeping it at 90. I've been sprayin him down like I usually do & then I give his tank a misting to boost up the humidity. The cool side is perfectly fine it's just the hot end that I'm worried about because that's where he spends most of his time. I'm going to buy a new thermometer tomorrow... what else could I do to help him? I don't want him overheating.

2. Hammocks. I want to give him something to lay in because he's been falling asleep on his tree branch so I think he'd like a hammock. So, if I get him one does it matter which side it's on? And anyone know where I can find one without suction cups? I hate those things... they always fall.

I really wouldn't worry about the humidity being low. Its not like there is much humidity in there natural living area. Misting can raise the humidity too much which can cause respiratory infections.
Best thing you can do is give a bath every day or two.

I've also never seen a hammock with out suction cups. I ended up super gluing mine to the cage so the cups won't fall.

The suction cups come right out of the slits and can be left aside if another method of attachment is preferred. I use drywall screws into one of the perches to support two corners, and let a suction cup hold the one last corner to the glass.

I put the hammocks over on the cool/shady side of the tank, because of rocks/limbs providing better thermal mass and holding heat under the basking lamp. I have rocks/branches under the heat/basking light and have them arranged so that when the lizard basks, he is exposed to the UVB at the same time. When he needs a cool-down break, his hammock is on the other side and he can get out of the basking lamp's direct heat. The UVB tube goes across the back of the tank and provides UVB whether he's on the rocks or on the hammock. I also have a cave where he can escape the heat/light altogether but he spends very little time in there, mostly when he's in shed.

I agree with the above posters about the humidity, it's better to have lower than higher in that case. If it really bothers you, mist him and the walls of the tank once or twice a day. As for the hammocks, I don't have them in my viv, just because I can't see deigo using them. Haha. Deffinatly not a necessity, but I also have never seen them without suction cups.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
