Could My Dragon have MBD?

Hi! I've got a few more questions for my boy Boji. I got him back from a friends where I left him for eight days while I was on vacation. She has no prior experience with reptiles and Boji was already not doing well so I was just hoping for the best. When I got him back he had a lot less energy and is seeming very lethargic. He will not open either of his eyes and he is not as enthusiastic about eating. But when I do feed him, I've noticed that he has been twitching his head pretty badly (not in a head bobbing sort of way). He has done this before but it went away after a while. I'm now looking for ways to possibly treat him for MBD. Is there anything I can do other than calcium? I think I read somewhere that someone sells it in liquid form? I would love to get my hands on some.

age- three/four months
size- six inches
tank setup- 20 gal, ReptiSun 10.0 bulb, basking spot at 103 F, cool side at 78 F
diet- I've been hand feeding him a mixture of baby food, Reptaid, and benebac gel and also force feeding him small phoenix worms every couple of days.

Can you post a photo of your dragon? Has he lost any weight? I'd keep a close eye on weight. Is he on medication that is prompting the bene-bac feeding? You could try bringing him outside for some natural sunlight if the weather allows for it.

He's sleeping at the moment and I would hate to wake him, so the picture will happen in a little bit. He's very thin though. Last time he got weighed he was around 10 grams. He hasn't eaten on his own for more than a month. The Benebac was recommended along with the Reptaid to help with his appetite and just as a supplement. He isn't on medication. I've though about taking him outside, he is just so small and if he decided to make a run for it that would be the last of him.

I am sorry Boji isn't doing well now after your vacation.
Is the Reptisun 10 tube mounted underneath of the screen inside of the tank? Sorry, I forgot where it was placed.
The Reptaid should help out with his appetite, along with baby food & benebac, too. Does he like the phoenix worms?

Yup, it's mounted inside the tank, no coverings or anything blocking it
He's just not enthusiastic about eating at all. (chews very slowly, won't open his eyes)

Great, I am glad the light is mounted inside of the tank, he should get great UVB exposure that way.
Has he opened his eye anymore today?

Good morning!
He still is not opening his eyes much. He will every once in a while, and when he does they look pretty watery.
I think he might be trying to poop because there is a lump where he poops (sorry for the horrible description haha)
He still is moving around some inside his viv so that's good.
Okay I have a stupid question but I thought I'd ask anyways. When I went to pick up Boji, my friend was burning incense in her room (next to an open window) not too far from him. Could the smoke have irritated his eyes in anyway?

MBD is a bone disease that happens over time due to lacking calcium so you should be looking to see if he could possibly have jaw issues if he isn't eating. The bones will look rubbery. You should check how he walks and make sure no bones feel fragile.

My gecko suffered from MBD and he stood on his front legs with them facing inward and he ended up fracturing his hind leg during a shed.

Boji passed away last night. I'm a mess. I really thought I could save him. I don't know what I did wrong

You did all you could & I know that he knew you loved him. It is so hard to lose a precious dragon.
