Coughing. Respiratory infection? Or something stuck?

Hello my beardie Winslow is about 9months old and today started coughing, humidity in the tank is about 26% (I live in a desert) I’ve never seen him do this before but I’ve heard of dog hair getting caught in the throat as a possible source. I have large dogs that shed a lot so that could be a source but I know RI’s can turn deadly fast so should I schedule a vet appointment now? His temps are 100 for basking, warm side is 90 cool side is 80s. Paper towel substrate and eats dubias, crickets, collard greens and various types of worms. He’s not ‘star gazing’ or has any mucus around his mouth or nose.

Is he beard flaring or just breathing heavily? They sometimes do this when they're shedding. With the low humidity unless he inhaled some water by accident I doubt its an RI. Can you post a video of what he's doing? You can upload video to a host site like vimeo or youtube and post a link here. I don't think dog fur would cause coughing but it should pass through in the small amounts that would be eaten by licking things around the house.

I’ll try to catch him doing it today and post it later. His beard does flare but isn’t black or dark at all. I’ve been listening to him breath and I don’t hear a clicking either.
