Convulsing?

A few minutes ago I looked up from my computer and saw Quinn doing something really weird. She kept puffing up her beard really big and then her chest would constrict and she would throw her head down. I was mortified, to be honest. I thought she was going to throw up, which from what I've heard isn't pretty. I got up and opened her cage and began lightly stroking her beard and back, which seemed to help. Then I scooped her up and got her some fresh water to see if she would drink, I thought that might help her a bit more.
She seems better now, but every few minutes her beard will puff up big again and she seems far more alert than normal.
Any idea what could've caused this?
Quinn is about 8/9 weeks old now. She has a basking light and an ardacida D3 12% UVB. Solid substrate. She eats about 20-30 crickets a day. Her temps are a bit high (113 in basking spot, 95ish on hot side, 80ish on the cool side) because it's really hot today but she insists on basking.
Should I be worried? Is it just the heat? It is very hot today, I've been closing monitoring the reptiles.

It's hard to know unless we saw a video. I have seen mine do a beard stretch and something like a big yawn with his body puffed up. Usually in the morning. I assume it's a morning stretch.

Did she do this right after eating? It could be she was stretching if not. I would keep an eye out if any other issues come up though.

Quinn seems fine now. She had eaten about an hour before she did this. I've been monitoring her all day and she seems okay. I imagine she was just stretching but it scared me.
Thanks!

Hello,

A video of that action would definitely be helpful. It does sound like her possibly doing a beard
stretching & hopefully that's what it was.
Are her insects smaller than the space between the eyes?

Sounds like either

>> throat stretching (pre shed)
or
>> beardie has blocked nostrils (sometimes the nostril shed doesn't come out or some breaks off and stays put , and if it happens to both nostrils ==> beardie has a blocked nose for a while (til the next shed or it can blow the blockage out .... my Toothless has had this problem for a few weeks (?) now , I initially thought RI , but then spotted the nostrils are blocked).

Yes her insects are smaller than the space between her eyes.
If she does it again I'll try to get a video but so far she hasn't done it again.
Quinn is doing fine today. She ate and has been active without anything going wrong.
Thanks so much for your input everyone!

Quinn did it again several more times a few minutes ago.
She's acting way out of character. She's attacking the glass and she jumped across the tank from her basking spot to the door like she was trying to get out? She isn't being aggressive towards me.

She jumped from the basking bridge to there??

Then she was sweet she just seemed off
I didn't get a video of the convulsion itself but I got a video of her beard and chest puffing up super big.
I will keep trying to get a video of the convulsion but i don't how to upload videos.

She just did it again and it's almost like a cough.. I didn't get a video. I'll keep trying.

She was acting weird so I picked her up and she seemed desperate to get away and she's upset and freaking out about something. I'm at a loss. I'm trying to keep her calm but I don't know what's wrong...

Is she still doing this? How high are her temps? Above 110 degrees can actually be dangerous, so I'd be taking them with a digital probe thermometer or a temperature gun often to make sure that her temps aren't spiking really high...

Is she making any clicking, wheezing, or coughing noises while breathing? It sounds like her breathing is being restricted by something, but not really a respiratory infection, but rather nostril plugs or something stuck in her throat, like too large a cricket.

Her temps are normal again.
She's not making any odd noises when breathing. Today when I looked at her I realized she is shedding her face (she was rubbing on stuff and I noticed her face was peeling slightly and it's peeling more now).
I'm assuming her nostrils are probably plugged because she's shedding but I'll post here if I notice anything new or if she's still doing this after shedding. It seems better today.
Thank you!!

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
