Constipated?

So I just got my bearded dragon about 5 days ago and I gave him/her their first bath today and they pooped right away but kept pushing after having a big poop. I helped by massaging a bit and rubbing his back but i dont think he/she actually had to poop but rather was just pushing because after a couple seconds he/relaxed perfectly fine. Im not sure if they are constipated because they poop at least once a day no problem.

If it was for just a few seconds I wouldn't worry, he's just making sure the hall is cleared out, lol!
If it was for an extended time and, nothing came out, then you can worry!
Hopefully he is not on a substrate that causes impaction like, sand, wood particles, calcisand or gravel.
