Constipated beardie ?

My juvenile beardie is about 6 months old and is doing great, except for one thing. On his first monts with me he used to poop once every single day, then when he grew up a little bit he pooped once every 2 days. Now he can poop once every 2 days but he won’t unless I give him a bath, or it’s been 4 or 5 days and he hasn’t pooped and he can’t contain himself. Do you have any suggestions as to what I could do to regulate his pooping schedule to what it used to be so that I won't have to bathe him every 2 days ?

I have literally the same thing although he pooped after 2 days this time. I'm hoping it passed. My temperature seems ok (on the basking spot) but I'm thinking my sunlight isn't good (per the people here) so I'm going to change that next week (it's kind of pricey and i need some cash). Mine just hit 6 months and all of a sudden, he's constipated.

He’s on reptibark but he never eats it. And he’s not impacted he can poop every 2 days, he just won’t do it in the cage

He might just not want to be in the tank with poop so holds it until he is out. You can use this to build a routine and train him to go in an area that is easy to clean like linoleum flooring. Just have him out around the same time every day and start a routine. Maybe time under a portable basking light, maybe some breakfast, or it could be a warm bath if he likes them. After a while he will get used to the routine and it will make things easier on both of you and keep the tank cleaner.

He doesn’t love baths but he’s okay with them. I already take him out every 2 days to poo because it’s easier to clean up but if I give him a bath the day after he had one he won't poop but I still don’t take him out of his cage that day because he might and he already did that 3 times always on my bed

I was taking mine out every 2 days to poo and i stopped and he started going again, but it's still every 2 days. I wonder if he also has the same issue yours had.

Do you take him out daily or every other day? A lot of dragons simply don't like to go potty
in their tanks. He might get into the habit of going in a bath if you bathe him daily. Or even
going in the same area daily if you get him out of his tank. Try putting a paper towel down on
the floor right before he goes to the bathroom & then putting him on it, to see if he gets used
to that. You can potty train them, but it takes some time & effort.
