Confused with lights :(

Hi all,

Im the proud mommy of three little beardies and for the last couple times we switched theri UVB bulbs we stuck with the reptisun 10.0 sticks. However, Id like to lower the amount of bulbs I have if at all possible.
As I scroll through threads on this board I find thread after thread of where people found wrong info from petshops or where there are recall after recalls and I wanted to check before I purchased anything.
So..
Is there currently one bulb that can take care of their UVB and their heat that hasnt been recalled or blamed for verious health issues?

I normally buy my stuff through pet mountain so if they have it in stock.. even better Thx in advance guys.. I was so confused after reading the megaray threads etc

Honestly, there are probably bulbs out there that claim they can do it all, but I think you're better off with a UVB and a heating bulb separately. When you try to get a bulb to do more than one thing, they tend to cause health problems, or they tend to burn out faster, leaving you having to replace it more frequently and it just seems more like a money vacuum than anything.

at the moment no there is no light that can do that safely.
The best really is to get the uvb tube and then a basking light.

Most MVB (which provide heat and uv) don't keep basking temps, so you need another basking bulb anyways.
