Confused Wannabe Dubia Breeder

A few questions on Dubias. I'm thinking of creating a small colony and I know that it takes a while before it actually kicks off. However, for feeding I know that you don't want to feed the BD anything larger than the space between its eyes. so little nymphs are the ones sought after for baby and juvenile dragons, but can an adult dragon eat an adult roach? or is that too big? Can they be live? I was reading somewhere that they have to be ground up.

Yes a adult can eat an adult roach. I wouldnt feed the females off though. My adult eats a male or two every now and then. Feed them live, when they run your dragon will chase it.

personally I would just go to one of the breeders either theroachguy.com or aaronpauling.com and order the water crystals. Theroachguy.com has water crystals for a pound is $9. So for twice the money you will have about 10times the crystals. You can always buy the roach chow there as well.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
