Confused about Calcium with d3

I have had Moko now for six months and have been dusting his food with calcium with d3 5 xs a week and multivitamin 2 xs a week.. Lately I have been reading that too much d3 is bad for them. When I got him all i was told was to make sure it had d3. Please someone help me with a vitamin regimine for him. I plan on going this weekend to try and find plan calcium but until then how often do I give the calcium with d3. Tell me how many times you give each vitamin (Multivitamin and Calcium and calcium w/d3) to your beardie. I would like to hear all opions. I would just be crushed if I hurt him by giving him to much. I just adore my Moko!

HI! What type of lighting do you have? Do you have a MVB light or just a regular light such as the repti sun for the UVB light? If you don't have the MVB, it is okay to give the calcium with D3

Dust the crickets 1 feeding a day 5 days a week (use repti cal phosphorous free with D3 --if no mvb light--pink light), the other 2 days use Herptivite Vitamins (blue label) for 1 feeding each day

I agree with other poster (tho I have a different dusting schedule):
With MVB- no d3
Without MVB- with d3
Regardless- No phosphorus
