Ive had my beardie for abut 3/4 weeks, and a journey we make daily went wrong. He was on my shoulder on the top step when he leaped forward off and fell all the way down bouncing all over. He landed at the bottom hitting every step in between and ran off to hide in a shoe. I found him, and he seems fine, could this have damaged anything internally which could lead up to future problems?

It's very possible. Since then have you noticed anything different about the beardie's behavior? You might want to take him to the vet just to get him checked out or xrayed. Hopefully you are lucky and have a resilient little guy.
