Hello again,

My beardie has been shown strange behavior. He is slightly gaping and exposing the inside of his rear gums. I do not know how else to describe. He is staying in his hide. He just had a full shed. Can anyone help by seeing this picture?

gaping could mean your dragon is to warm. That would hint to me why your dragon is in hide. Can you provide your setup and what you done before you noticed this. would help to figure out your dragons behavior.

It is not the "gaping" I am worried about. That was just the term I used since I do not know how to explain it. It is the way his mouth is curving over like that. I have owned several dragons and have never seen this type of behavior.

So you know dragons pretty well and know this isn't normal. I would pm a skilled member here or wait for one to post. I think that is how it gos on here. Be as detailed as you can and am sure they will help the best they can.
