Today when I had Beardie outside "excercising" he ran over to a patch of clover and started eating away. I clover OK for him? He will only eat a bite of two of his mustards so I was thinking maybe clover could be the answer (for the summer at least)

Clover is actually good. I did the research a while back and found it has a high Ca:p ratio and has all kinds of other nutrients. Its a good way to add variety, which is the key. It is also very widely used for tortoises as a staple and other herbivores. Hope this helps. Cheryl

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
